Key Responsibilities
Release Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain release management processes and best practices for AI/ML product feature releases
- Coordinate with AI/ML program management, engineering, product management, Oracle Beta Program Office, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of off-cycle and simultaneous product releases
- Create and manage detailed release schedules, track progress, and address any issues or risks that may impact release timelines
- Implement strategies to handle conflicting priorities and manage resource constraints effectively
Customer Early Adopter Program Management
- Design and execute early adopter programs to gather feedback on new features and drive product improvements
- Identify and onboard key customers for early access programs, ensuring they are well-supported and engaged throughout the testing phase
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with early adopters, acting as their primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or feedback they provide
- Document and analyze feedback from early adopters and collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate insights into product development
Technical Leadership
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align release schedules and ensure all teams are informed and prepared for upcoming releases
- Facilitate regular communication and updates between teams to ensure transparency and address any potential issues promptly
- Lead and participate in release planning meetings, retrospectives, and post-release reviews to continuously improve release processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of release management and early adopter programs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for release processes and best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams
Career Level - IC4
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
Canada: Hiring Range from $66,700 to $145,000 CAD per annum
US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
