Program Manager, Data Centers

Job Description

This role involves comprehensive program management of strategic initiatives for data center operations, focusing on performance and growth tracking, client communications, and documentation oversight. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful program management, collaborating with various stakeholders, proactively addressing risks, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of tracking program performance, program documentation, and building meeting materials for key client meetings, such as QBRs
• Manage and maintain comprehensive program data, including baseline metrics and statistical reporting for leadership presentations, leveraging technology where able
• Oversee documentation organization and updates, including contractual documents and organizational structures
• Develop and implement resource allocation strategies and talent management initiatives
• Lead growth management pipeline and growth processes
• Create and standardize templates and procedures, partnering with Operations Directors and Account Directors
• Enhance opportunity tracking systems with detailed growth strategies
• Identify and evaluate potential scope expansions for critical environment programs

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate data in multiple ways
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to present in front of others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new technology systems and platforms
• Adaptability to work in an environment with constantly changing priorities
• Experience in program development, transformation, and/or initiative tracking
• Entrepreneurial with experience in commercial models or growth initiatives preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
