Part-Time Creative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Creative Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a passion for creative processes, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams.

Working closely with cross-functional partners—including design, video, copywriting, marketing, and production—you will help ensure that projects move forward efficiently, deadlines are met, and creative output remains high-quality and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management of creative deliverables from initiation to completion
• Maintain and manage project timelines, asset trackers, and production calendars
• Schedule and facilitate team check-ins, reviews, and delivery milestones
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify project scopes, priorities, and objectives
• Coordinate across design, video, copy, and production teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Monitor and flag potential project risks, delays, or bandwidth issues early and proactively
• Communicate status updates and timelines clearly to all stakeholders
• Help implement and optimize workflows and creative processes for better team efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordinator, creative assistant, or production support role—preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Clear and concise communicator—both written and verbal
• Familiarity with creative workflows and cross-functional collaboration (e.g., design, copy, production)
• Experience using project management tools—Adobe Workfront preferred; others like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Basecamp are also helpful
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adjust to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
