The Role

We are looking for a Product Management Analyst for our ADM Team! Alternatives Data Management (ADM) is one of Addepar’s most requested new add-on products. It is both a backend data processing and ingestion service as well as a frontend investment management platform within the broader Addepar platform. ADM provides Addepar clients with timely and accurate data about their investments in Alternative assets such as Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate Funds so that they have a clearer understanding of their overall portfolio performance and are able to make more informed investment decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop the client-facing features, internal tooling, and workflows related to onboarding new ADM clients and GP/Fund Admin communication and outreach. You will act as the voice of the customer and interact directly with Clients, Fund Administrators, Engineering, and Operations.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $80,000 - $125,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and drive efficiencies in the onboarding and implementation process for new clients
  • Develop and productize the GP/Fund Admin outreach process for existing clients' data issues
  • Partner with engineering, product management and data operations to deliver high quality, timely and reliable data solutions through Addepar’s workflow solutions and APIs.
  • Develop data driven solutions and improvements in collaboration with user experience, design and application focused project management teams.
  • Understand Addepar’s products and clients. Using these insights, work with counterparts within the business to drive new and innovative opportunities to serve our clients better and grow the business.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of product analyst or client data support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with vendors, clients and internal team members
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experienced working with financial data and concepts relevant to Addepar’s clients and products strongly preferred, but not required for consideration.
