Senior Finance Manager

This role is a key member of the EMEA business unit finance (BUF) team providing financial support to regional commercial business leaders.

This position reports into the Senior Finance Director – EMEA BUF and is based in Prague.

What You Will Do 

The Senior Finance Manager – EMEA BUF is responsible for providing financial support and insights to key regional commercial leaders, to support decision making and ensure delivery of the growth agenda for the EMEA portfolio.  

Key Responsibilities

·    Provide sound financial advice to senior commercial regional leaders

·    Support commercial leaders in decision making at regional governance forums

·    Lead ad-hoc financial analysis delivering meaningful insights

·    Finance lead on various projects

·    Build strong relationships across EMEA markets and other regions and functions

 

Qualifications

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

·    Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification

·    6+ years of relevant experience, including business partnering

·    Ability to work independently across functions and regions, influencing and driving sound decisions

·    Strong strategic and analytical skills

·    Fluent spoken and written English

·    Excellent Excel skills

 

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or other equivalent

·    MBA

·    Strong accounting background

·    Other European languages

·    Systems knowledge SAP, OneStream, PowerBI
