Principal, Sales and Operations Planning
NerdyAbout the role
Overview:
Nerdy is searching for a Principal, Sales and Operations Planning to join our team. The Principal, Sales and Operations Planning will own the strategy, systems, and forecasting engine that powers Nerdy’s customer-facing operations. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear, measurable operating plans; establish a consistent S&OP cadence; and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Market Operations to align on assumptions, KPIs, and resourcing needs. You will also guide the evolution of tools, processes, and systems that support forecasting and workforce management, including the use of modern AI capabilities to enhance automation, accuracy, and decision quality. Success in this role means building a scalable planning foundation for Nerdy’s Member Services teams, identifying emerging trends early, and driving measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and operating discipline.
