VP, End to End Solution Architecture

As our End to End Solution Architecture Leader, your mission is to work across Digital Technology, STEP (product teams), business leaders and more to design overall solution and technical architecture for a single pane of glass while leading innovation on Gen AI capabilities, microservices, and engineering – all to enable the best connected experience in service of our employee personas.

To be successful in this role, you'll deliver:

Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in various technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and architecture patterns is essential. Architects should be able to make informed decisions about which technologies to use based on the requirements of the solution.

Problem-Solving Skills: Architects need to analyze complex problems, break them down into manageable components, and design effective solutions. Critical thinking and creativity are crucial for identifying innovative approaches to challenges.

Business Acumen: Understanding the business goals, processes, and strategies is essential. Architects need to align technology solutions with business objectives to ensure that the technology adds value to the organization.

Communication Skills: Architects interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts i
