Executive Director Ministry Clinical Practice, Hybrid Role

The Executive Director–Ministry Clinical Practice provides enterprise leadership for professional practice, evidence-based care delivery, and interdisciplinary clinical excellence across Mercy. The role creates and implements system-wide strategies that advance patient outcomes, caregiver experience, workforce readiness, practice standardization, and operational performance across acute, ambulatory, virtual, home, and community care settings. Position Details: Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business, or related healthcare field required. Current RN license in applicable state and/or compact state. Ten (10) years of progressive clinical healthcare experience. Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience with system-wide responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), PhD, EdD, or related doctoral degree. National professional certification. Experience within a large integrated healthcare system. Experience leading interdisciplinary professional practice, education, or workforce development functions.
