Job Description

Join our corporate start-up new business team. We are a group of entrepreneurs that drives change in the mobility sector by developing innovative solutions to promote safety for shared mobility drivers and passengers. The scope of this internship will focus on active involvement in research and data analysis, to influence business outcomes in the Customer Acquisition and retention of Bosch RideCare product area. This position will work closely with FieldOps, Technical Customer Support and Business Operations teams to develop mission-critical insights and execute swift action, to influence business outcomes specially on customer acquisition and customer retention scope.

You will have the opportunity to contribute by: 

  • Supporting the alignment of customer service quality to the unique needs of our customers by exploring multiple channels of data, providing thoughtful analysis, and recommending solutions.
  • Proactively explore data to conduct needs analyses and identification of friction points in the user experience, including gathering valuable internal and external customer feedback and user behavior data analysis.
  • Testing our products and providing feedback on user experience and technical performance.
  • Benchmarking our customer service responsiveness and quality against industry leaders; recommend solutions to address gaps in current processes.
  • Assists in collaborative efforts with corporate and business partners to create requirements for either the development of new or changes to existing features.
  • Gathering and analyzing market intelligence information focusing on the ride-hailing, rental car and shared autonomous vehicles markets in North America
  • Support go-to-market strategy as well business growth tactics (including preparation for pitch and demo for potential customers)
  • Taking on ad hoc work as needed to help us to growth the business and create value to the customer.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  •  Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree
  • Ability to work 30 - 40 hours per week
  • Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred:

  • Current student or recent graduate of an accredited degree program in the field of   Business / Marketing / IT / Engineering
  • Data-driven problem solver who can gather insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Rising Junior or Senior with the ability to work a hybrid schedule in Plymouth, MI
  • Disciplined, self-starter; resourceful, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Courageous collaborator who brings new ideas forward
  • Tenacious problem-solving mentality, as well as a strong thirst for knowledge in continuous improvement tools, KPIs, and interdepartmental process flow
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Value to work in an international and multi-cultural team
  • Have knowledge and/or interest for new Mobility, and safety solutions.
  • Like to work with both Business and Technical topics
  • Minor in IT or related areas
  • Experience in dealing with customers (pre-sales, sales and after-sales roles) as well as experience of supporting software and services businesses
