The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Storeroom Clerk who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Storeroom Clerk reports to the Director of Purchasing and is responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items received and ordered are correct. Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming goods for the hotel and maintain a good balance between par levels of inventory items and on hand quantities in accordance to business needs.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for checking all incoming goods against delivery orders and invoices, food specifications and purchase records to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items received and ordered are correct.
• Issue, store, price and rotate all incoming goods for the hotel and maintain a good balance between par levels of inventory items and on hand quantities in accordance to business needs.
• Ensure Store Requisitions are approved by authorised persons and acknowledged by recipients.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills, as well as guest contact and organization skills
• Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
