Industrialization Senior Manager

<p>As a Industrialization Senior Manager on our site in Louvain-la-Neuve, you will be in charge of a team of three people. This position works closely with stakeholders such as Quality and SHE, R&amp;D, our Commercial teams and the Sampling team.</p> <p>At DSM-Firmenich people are at the heart of the company. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your mission</p> <p>•             Facilitate and contribute to the Firmenich Global Product Industrialization strategy by ensuring successful launch of new products including review of processes and production equipment observing all required HS&amp;E, Quality and Business standards – <br/> •             Act as working manager of a small team - Local representative &amp; key contact person for Product Industrialization <br/> •             Demonstrated expertise in a specialized competency such as expertise developed through experience in  product technology and/or improvement project management<br/> •             Coordinate improvement initiatives and execute actions relevant to PI - Demonstrates Outstanding Presentation skills in order to deliver compelling, engaging, transformative, educational, and/or instructive messages<br/> •             Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within deadlines and cost efficiency </p> <p> </p> <p>You bring</p> <p>•             MA degree of Science Chemistry, Food Science, or equivalent confirmed expertise gained through experience <br/> •             10 years min related experience in a manufacturing environment with confirmed ability to drive projects - Food/ Flavors industry preferred<br/> •             Demonstrate ability to lead and engage peers as well as influence within different level of the organization - Successfully works in a matrix organization and easily adapts to a fast-paced environment<br/> •             Demonstrates strong Analytical skills with ability to solve problems<br/> •             Familiar with Manufacturing practices, process safety analysis (PHA) and Job safety Analysis (JSA)<br/> •             Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills- Proficient in spoken and written English as well as in French<br/> •             SAP knowledge a plus</p> <p> </p> <p>We bring</p> <p>•             A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers<br/> •             A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally<br/> •             A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things<br/> •             An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future</p> <p><br/>  </p>
