We are seeking an experienced Teamlead for our HR Shared Services department to build up and lead our global HR services team in Cluj and Baden. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.

What you will do:

• Build up, lead, and develop a team of HR Advisors & Specialists to ensure high quality and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth services transition and build up knowledge in Cluj.
• Oversee the HR global organizational and position management process and execution.
• Harmonize and streamline existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze HR Shared Services performance (e.g., resolution time and satisfaction of HR requests).
• Collaborate closely with the HR Switzerland and HR International team to ensure consistent service delivery.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) ideally in an international context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
