Student Assistant for Communication and Consumer Data, Net Revenue Management - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

As a student assistant, you will take part in Arla’s European Commercial Operations, supporting projects across teams and markets. You’ll gain valuable first-hand experience with both strategic and operational tasks, helping drive our growth and profitability ambitions in the European Zone.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage our internal communication channels by creating and distributing our newsletter, ensuring relevant and valuable information is shared across the Arla network. You will also support our SharePoint and Yammer sites by posting updates and news about NRM activities.
• Maintain and update our tracking tool to help us monitor local market performance and ensure we are meeting our targets.
• Assist the team with strategy development and commercial planning by contributing to category analytics across all NRM levers (brand portfolio pricing, pack price architecture, active channel mix, promotion management, trade terms optimization).
• Provide general administrative assistance to the NRM team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What will make you successful

You are about to start a relevant Master’s degree (e.g. Cand.merc. in Marketing, Strategic Communication, Commercial and Retail Management, International Business, or similar). We expect you to be able to start as soon as possible and work around 15 hours per week, with an average of at least one day at the office. Furthermore, you have an interest in the opportunity for an internship in Autumn 2026.

 

We are looking for a candidate with a creative mindset and a genuine passion for communication. In this role, you will be responsible for creating our quarterly newsletter and maintaining our SharePoint site. To succeed, we expect that you:

• Enjoy visual storytelling and feel confident creating engaging presentations in PowerPoint
• Have an understanding of, and curiosity towards, data and numbers
• Possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Great bonus if you have experience with PowerBI or other reporting systems
