Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

The Sr. Finance Manager is responsible to planning, reporting and analysis of all expenses, personnel as well as non-personnel. Acts as a business partner to our organization’s leaders to keep them on track in reaching set targets. Manages a team of 3.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Maintain vendor spend forecast
• Responsible for approval of open roles and vendor spend requests. Making sure new hires and POs are within budget and incremental spend is properly approved
• Partner with business leaders on their expense budgets. Supporting them with ad hoc requests
• Responsible for monthly expense analysis, working with Controllership on month-end activities and making sure proper accruals are booked
• Preparation of OpEx reports for the business as well as setting up and leading monthly OpEx review meetings
• Prepare Quarterly forecasts and AOPs, support target setting and work with the organization to implement plans within their targets
• Maintaining the forecast and waterfall of capitalized commission and implementation expenses
• Answering questions from NMC and responding to ad-hoc requests
• Maintaining Anaplan, driving adoption and improving the system
• Managing a team of 3 (Sr.) Analysts

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to form strong business partner relationships
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
• Experience with financial planning systems, Anaplan Required and NetSuite Preferred

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100 to $130 hourly. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position includes health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
