Location: Lancaster County, PA

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), full time and part time positions available in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas.

Apply now and Behavior Interventions will cover the cost of CPR/First Aid certification! *Courses completed directly through Behavior Interventions will be provided at no cost. Approved third-party courses will be reimbursed in accordance with company guidelines. 

What is the Enhanced IBHS Program (EP):


The Enhanced IBHS Program specializes in the assessment and treatment of assent withdrawal behaviors including aggression, self-injury, and property destruction.

The Enhanced Program uses assent-based, compassionate care and trauma-informed approaches to decrease severe interfering behavior (aggression, self-injurious behavior) as a means of keeping clients in their homes and out of hospital/residential settings.
Leadership team has PFA/SBT Level 6 Certified staff member for additional training and consultation.
Opportunity to work as a team. Each client is assigned 2 BCBAs and a Behavior Consultant to collaborate on programming across environments (home, center, community, school).
Smaller caseload size of 2-4 clients allows clinicians to provide intensive treatment to their clients.
Salary ranges from approximately $80,000 to $100,000+ per year based on the number of billable hours. Opportunities to increase salary with professional development trainings and activities.

Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):


Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.
Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions’ team members through approved supervision activities.
Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family,  program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sites.
Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors.
Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate.

QualificationsQualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):


BCBA certification
Behavior Specialist License 
Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescents
Experience working with significant challenging behaviors
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to see families in the evenings (2-4 nights/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinic
Maintains crisis intervention certification and maintains annual certification requirements (scheduled through Behavior Interventions)

Ability to move, ascend/descend, position self, transport while exerting 5-10 lbs constan
