The Senior Analyst, Training Developer plays a supporting role in the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs for Clearway field technicians and other audiences. This position works under the guidance of senior team members, assisting with instructional design, content creation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Analyst, Training Specialist is focused on building foundational skills in instructional design and technical training, contributing to team projects, and learning best practices in the field.
What You'll Be Doing
Instructional Design & Development
- Assist in the design and development of training modules using established instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Support needs assessments and help identify training requirements in collaboration with senior staff.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials, including guides, workbooks, multimedia content, and job aids.
- Ensure training content meets accessibility and organizational standards.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Collect participant feedback and support the evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2).
- Assist in analyzing assessment data and recommending improvements to training content and delivery.
- Participate in efforts to enhance learning outcomes and program quality.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with subject matter experts and team members to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Support team projects and coordinate with third-party vendors as directed.
- Maintain positive working relationships with training stakeholders.
Project & Resource Management
- Manage assigned tasks within training development projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Track training participation and completion metrics as required.
- Manage technical training attendance by collecting training requirements, publishing and maintaining ILT schedules and rosters
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or recognized industry certifications may be considered.
- 2+ years’ experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training (internships or academic projects may count).
- Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Familiarity with training evaluation frameworks (especially Kirkpatrick Levels 1–2).
- Experience or coursework in designing and delivering technical training.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Demonstrated interest in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
What Would Be Nice
- LMS administration experience is a plus; Success Factors and SharePoint experience preferred.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools is a plus.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
