<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Sales Associate</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Dallas, TX - Lakewood</p> <p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Part Time</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $16 per hour</p> <p><strong>Schedule/Availability:</strong></p> <p>· Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly.</p> <p>· Must have availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week.</p> <p>· Must be able to work 16 hours per week on average, with the ability to flex to 24 hours.</p> <p>· Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change).</p> <p>· You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance.</p> <p><strong>Ability to commute/cover other clinics:</strong> Reliably commute to home clinic location &amp; periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Client Experience</strong></p> <p>· Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals.</p> <p>· Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments.</p> <p>· Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up.</p> <p>· Reinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values during every client interaction.</p> <p><strong>Operational Execution</strong></p> <p>· Support opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and clinic readiness.</p> <p>· Maintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts.</p> <p>· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are consistently met.</p> <p>· Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM.</p> <p><strong>Team Support &amp; Peer Leadership</strong></p> <p>· Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates.</p> <p>· Support onboarding and training of new team members under ACM/CM guidance.</p> <p>· Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts and escalate to leadership as appropriate.</p> <p>· Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth.</p> <p><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety</strong></p> <p>· Follow and reinforce all operational policies and loss preve
