Sr. Software Implementation Consultant: Leading Successful Implementations, NY

Looking to advance your career at a leading Fintech working with the latest technologies?  This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Professional Services (PS) team focused on the success of customer implementation, while providing senior technical and functional leadership on the configuration and implementation of our Clareti suite of products.

Here's your chance to:

·       Provide expertise: for business domains and expert product knowledge to guide Gresham’s customers on the implementation of the Clareti software suite.

·       Lead: project management, go-lives, and deliver best in class solutions showcasing attention to detail, analytics, and problem-solving skills.

·       Communicate: by conveying complex technical concepts in straightforward terms, resolving functional and technical challenges.

·       Configure: work with the customer and PS team to lead the installation and configuration all agreed solution components

·       Deliver: solutions and oversee all implementation activities across the project lifecycle including scoping and requirements gathering, technical system configuration, configuring functional modules and MI Reports, and detailed testing of solutions

You'll thrive if you:

·       Have a successful track record of hands-on application installation and technical configuration. Along with the industry domain experience of implementing complex financial systems software, you will ideally have a detailed understanding of Middle and Back-office processing, such as Reconciliation, Trade Settlement, Accounts Receivables, Treasury Cash Management, market trends and SWIFT message standards.

·       You will have 3+ years of experience with Java, Python, or other widely used programming languages and experience deploying SQL Server and/or Oracle databases and writing associated SQL queries, Windows and Linux scripting and strong working knowledge of XML and XSD schemas.

·       You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, design and architecture skills, can work independently, are opinionated, strive to meet deadlines, and have excellent customer service skills. You are also a strong team player and provide leadership on solution delivery.

·       Have a degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology.

·       Have a background and interest in Financial Services.

Salary Range: $75,000 – 85,000
