About the Role
 

You'll be a key member of the Pharma Sales and Marketing Team. In a client-facing position, working closely with sales, AdOps, production, editorial, operations, and external vendors. Ensuring all components of strategic campaigns are delivered on time and above client expectations. Managing the communication between client as it relates to the delivery of their campaign from sale through reporting and renewals.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Serving as an SME for existing and new products in the pharma portfolio.
  • Supporting account teams on strategic commercial sales from pre-sale conception through successful implementation and delivery.
  • Managing client relationships as it relates to the delivery of their custom campaigns and reviewing all components of new campaigns. Ensuring that all campaign expectations, roles, and responsibilities are clearly communicated across the delivery team.
  • Working with clients and AdOps. Ensuring that all digital ad tags and creatives are promptly and accurately implemented throughout the campaign.
  • Liaising with production, editorial, operations, and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of all components of strategic campaigns.
  • Optimizing campaign delivery and marketing tactics with AdOps and Marketing.
  • Developing monthly client reports and insights for all strategic campaigns.
  • Advising account teams and clients on evolving pharma solutions and communicate feedback and requests to product team and management.


Requirements
 

  • Have a breadth of experience in a complex corporate business environment in a sales organization.
  • Have exceptional organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Display solid analytical skills with a deep aptitude to learn new technology.
  • Display excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Able to understand technical product development process, and the editorial content development process.
  • Enjoy collaborating with teams in a global-matrix environment.
  • Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders and teams across the business.
  • Be a Self-starter, are resourceful, and a positive can-do attitude are a must.
