We are looking for representatives to develop long-term relationships with our active duty and prior service members and meet them where they are most comfortable: their homes via Zoom meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with our active duty and prior service members to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions
• This involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
• Provide Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer service to our active duty and prior service members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing
• Foster Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with our active duty and prior service members by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances
• Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to our active duty and prior service members interactions and transactions
