Manage large, complex, corporate-level projects that span across multiple divisions and require strong leadership and project management expertise.

You’ll use your passion for collaboration to lead high-risk projects, often with teams of 20 or more people, that can last one or more years and have a high degree of change management and executive visibility.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and oversee the execution of project management plans, including budget and risk

• Direct projects by monitoring progress, identifying variances and creating corrective actions

• Lead teams through projects by delegating, coaching, motivating and handling conflict

• Bring projects to a formal conclusion and document the lessons learned for future projects

• Set expectations and deadlines, and ensure that they’re met

• Mentor team members and colleagues, and collaborate with other project managers

What you’ll need:

• A degree in business or computer science and at least eight years of experience, including at least four years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

• In-depth knowledge of current theory, trends, best practices and industry standards in project and program management

• PMP certification is an asset
