The Tradesperson II performs work required for the installation, maintenance, repair and improvement of buildings, equipment, and grounds depending on the trade assigned.erforms work required for the installation, maintenance, repair and improvement of buildings, equipment, and grounds depending on the trade assigned.  This may include, but is not limited to, the following trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Expected Outcomes

• Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain fixtures and systems within a particular trade(s).
• Identify safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action.
• Assure timely completion of tasks to assure efficient overall work flow of assignment.

• Highschool diploma plus minimum 3 to 6 years experience in appropriate trade(s).
• Certification as required by the particular trade.
