Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Emergency Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Staffing Coordinator you will:
• Coordinate daily staffing needs, under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborate development of schedules with Nurse Managers for the Department of Nursing.
• Input and manage department time-sheet data entry.
• Assist Nurse Leadership with data collection (time and attendance, staff
usage reports, etc).
• Assist with the coordination of new employee orientation scheduling and other special projects as assigned.
• Update productivity daily reports and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned (Emergency Services would be 15% of time)
Qualifications include:
• Must be detailed oriented, have the ability to work independently and handle a multitask environment.
• Experience with KRONOS Payroll and Timekeeping System is a strong requirement. Candidates interested in this opportunity must have KRONOS Payroll experience to be considered for this role
• Must have organizational and time management skills
• Must maintain positive communication with Nurse Managers, staff and Nursing
• Excellent administrative and customer service skills
• Experience with MicroSoft Office Suites, i.e. Excel, Word, etc; required
• Must complete required Condition of Employment Training
• High School diploma. Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum or two years of secretarial or administrative support experience.

Day Shift. Monday-Friday

Pay Range:
$20.53 - $28.87If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
