Compensation: Salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, competencies, experience, geographic location.
General Manager Benefits:
- Quarterly performance bonus program earning up to $6,000 annually.

Summary
As a MOD Pizza General Manager, you directly contribute to the success of the MOD community by leading a team of MOD Squad members to maintain and deliver the MOD commitment for their customers. This is a position that requires business savvy, a high level of accountability, a genuine love for people and a desire to share MOD's purpose with them.

- Communicates effectively; ensures all pertinent information is provided to the MOD Squad as directed by the District/Market Manager
- Creates a culture and environment that meet the needs of Squad members and customers leading to a more successful business
- Serve your MOD Squad by actively overseeing, inspiring, and challenging MOD Squad members by holding them accountable for:
o Building community
o Enhancing and maintaining an engaging store culture
o Delivering quality products
o Building customer loyalty through delivering MOD experiences
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience and/or college education in Business or related field
