A Brief Overview
This role is on our Clarus R+D sales team. The Clarus R+D sales team consults clients and prospects on both Research & Development Tax Credits and Administrative Services Offerings (ASO). The position is responsible for completing targeted outbound and inbound call activities to determine sales opportunities.

What you will do
Manage sales activities to include targeted outbound and assisting with inbound calls to discuss prospective clients' needs and available solutions
Process leads through the sales cycle by qualifying prospects and setting sales appointments
Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner (website, chatbots, sales-help emails, etc.)
Assign and correctly route inbound leads to the Account Executive team
Work with the Account Executive team to reschedule “No Show” appointments
Document all client and prospect interactions in Salesforce; use tools such as social media, phone, and email
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams through feedback and ideas to increase the number of qualified prospects, develop strategy, and identify key contacts and opportunities
Develop an understanding of all products and services to properly identify qualified sales opportunities
Provide demonstrations of the functions and utility of products or services to prospective clients based on their needs or schedule appointments with sales consultants
Complete required minimum number of calls and sales activities weekly to consistently achieve monthly quota
Represent TriNet Clarus R+D at local networking events with prospective clients
Education Qualifications
General education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training - Preferred
Experience Qualifications
Typically 2+ years

Demonstrated aptitude of sales skills - creativity is a plus
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone and video meeting skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
Strong and confident phone and video meeting presence
Ability to learn quickly and communicate product/service value proposition
Ability to juggle multiple prospects with timely, responsive follow-up
High energy, positive, and achievement driven
Takes direction but is a self-starter and works independently toward goals
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Slack
