  • Generate Confirmation of Service documents and ensure HCPs have proper travel and engagement documentation in advance. Reconcile and submit HCP transportation invoices in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on timelines, expectations, and follow through on action items as a Contracts team representative.

Customer Experience & Communication:

  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for both HCPs and internal business stakeholders.
  • Provide timely follow-up on inquiries and requests from HCPs and business teams.
  • Deliver a "white glove" level of service that supports a high-quality customer and HCP consultant experience.

Systems & Operational Excellence:

  • Utilize internal platforms such as Engage, AdobeSign, Ariba, and Concur to manage contracts and engagement logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records to support audits, reconciliations, and reporting needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a professional and personable demeanor.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
