At STM Journals, we collaborate with researchers to facilitate the publication of their impactful scientific discoveries, with a focus on rigorous peer review, ethics, and reproducibility. In support of our portfolio of 2700+ hybrid and open access scientific journals, you will actively contribute to advancing science, improving health outcomes, and fostering equitable participation in publishing.

About the Role

Evolving/innovating a content vision and strategy and creating content value for both pharma and health care practitioners and Elsevier.

Responsibilities

·       Innovating a content vision and strategy that creates value for both Pharma and health care practitioners.

·       Understanding the needs of pharma companies and how they want to be promoted to physicians and relevant markets.

·       Collaborating with the STMJ publisher and journals network to connect their content to health care practitioners

·       Aligning product strategy and roadmap with Global Pharma product teams' go to market.

·       Collaborating with Global Pharma MT, especially product owners

Establishing and governing training for sales and publishing on relevant products.

Requirements

·       Able to demonstrate clear strategic thinking and ability to articulate a clear strategic vision

·       Demonstrate an educational foundation or relevant experience that aligns with the requirements of this position

·       Show regulatory awareness in pharmaceuticals

·       Be able to influence and persuade both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication skills

·       Be able to influence internal/external business and/or regulatory issues
