Monday through Friday - 1st shift

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Service Center teams across the enterprise and will be responsible for ensuring efficient and consistent employee experiences with HR and delivering operational excellence and simplification across all of the regions. 
  • Contribute to the strategic and operational direction of HR Shared Services, including defining the operational model, process design and improvement, systems of work and technology, team leadership and talent management, budgets, and vendor selection.
  • Accountable for developing the department annual budget and works closely with Finance on a monthly basis for adherence to approved budget and updates to budget forecasts.   
  • Leverage effective recruiting, training, coaching, development, team building, and succession planning to build an engaged, diverse, high-performing team.
  • Supply oversight and structure to ensure effective delivery of HR Operations, HRSC, HR Leave and Compliance solutions, projects & programs, including portfolio management, influencing, and managing initiative prioritization.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and execute HR Operations and HRSS process improvement and enhancement opportunities.
  • Define and take accountability for the day-to-day performance metrics of the HRSS team, ensuring clear SLAs and KPII’s align to an effective and positive employee experience.
  • Create and share reports/metrics/dashboards that are meaningful to stakeholders (including the HR Leadership team), identify areas for process improvement and measure functional performance.
  • Evaluate, develop, implement and modify processes with governance across all internal stakeholders (Business Leaders, Finance, Audit and Legal, etc.)
  • Consistently review and improve HR Operations, HR Service Center, HR Leave and Compliance strategies through emerging technologies, innovative solutions, feedback from the business, and overall employee experience.
  • Ensure continuity and successful delivery of employee life cycle services to users throughout the organization in compliance with labor laws and audit principles.


Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Compliance, Shared Services, or Technology related field or equivalent knowledge.
  • Master’s degree preferred or bachelors with equivalent experience, professional certifications preferred.


Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 7 years of experience in HR/shared services/technology function with demonstrated proficiency in required HR skills and abilities. Includes 3 years of people management experience.

  • Ability to listen effectively and express thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely
  • Ability to translate data into impactful insights that drive solutions to complex problems across the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) including the ability to communicate and present complex ideas in a clear & simple way, with the ability to resonate with a diverse audience.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and work collaboratively across all levels in the organization.
  • Strong technology skills including Excel, PowerPoint; strong analytic abilities required.
  • Demonstrates a focus on continuous improvement, advancement and innovation within the function.
  • Experience developing strategic plans in support of organizational goals and initiatives.
