Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst Associate. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the monthly F-35 Finance and Business Operations Business rhythm. This position provides financial status and guidance to Cost Account Managers (CAMs), ensures that Earned-Value Management (EVM) and financial information is managed, analyzed and compliant to Program Performance Management Process (PPMP), as well as support to quarterly Contracts Status Review (CSR) and Long Range Plan (LRP). The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of data analysis and excel. Must be a US Citizen; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, reoccurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule. In addition, this position is part of the Early Career development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee's start date) and typically consists of a rotational experience, formal mentor and 'Buddy' programs, and a standardized training curriculum; all of which are designed to provide a broad background in the finance and business operations functions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
- Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
- Proficient in in MS office
- Advanced excel skills including Pivot tables, lookups and graphs
- Team Player & Self starter with excellent communication skills
Desired skills
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application to the program including EVMS Metrics and reporting
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound data driven analysis
- Self Starter
- Work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Tools Experience: SAP, Cobra and Hyperion
