 Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand, forecast, communicate, and drive business financial performance.
• Effectively lead Finance & Accounting team, including Controller, Program Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with direct and cross-functional leadership to develop and execute a finance transformation roadmap aligned with Trident’s corporate objectives and vision.
• Lead the enhancement of key finance and accounting processes and implement financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, flexibility, and visibility while meeting growing finance demands.
• Define and track key performance indicators to understand performance, evaluate the success of transformation efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Lead the team in preparation and submission of all required DCAA items.
• Supports M&A diligence, financial models and other strategic initiatives as appropriate.
• Ability to support travel or off-site work, as needed, and up to 15% of the time. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent years of experience/combined education) 
• 15 + years of experience including 5 + years of solid experience in a senior leadership role managing Finance & Accounting departments in a project based and manufacturing environment 
• Experience in a government contracting environment required
• Demonstrated ability to build / develop teams and drive performance improvements
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs, ensuring deliverables, budgets, and timeline adherence
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• US citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Business Central, PowerBI or OneStream applications
