The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Analyst, Recruitment to shape recruitment marketing strategy, outcomes, and evolution—not just execution. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and various stakeholders to create compelling employer branding initiatives, optimize candidate engagement, and leverage advanced recruitment technology to enhance our overall recruitment efforts to attract top talent to our organization. This is a remote role that will pay between $65,000 - $95,000 based on experience.

Recruitment Marketing
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines aligned to forecasted hiring demand to attract qualified candidates across various channels, including digital platforms, social media (paid and organic), job boards, college sites, and industry-specific networks.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand talent needs, target candidate profiles, and create effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Act as a strategic advisor to TA and business leaders on talent attraction strategy.
- Identify and leverage partnerships with external organizations, industry influencers, and universities to expand our talent network and increase brand visibility.
- Hiring Event Coordination, External advertising, Swag orders/shipping, Staples supplies and Collateral printing such as posters, flyers, business cards, etc.
- Optimize recruitment marketing investments across channels to maximize qualified applicant flow and hiring velocity by developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment marketing vendors, agencies, and technology providers.
