Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Director is responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity with Performance Improvement and Joint Commission Standards necessary.
- Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff.
- Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy
Job Duties:
- Supervises Managers
- Coordinates with program administration
- Formulates policies and strategic plans for future growth
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Develop performance metrics that support the company's strategic direction
- Oversee the issuance of financial information
- May access protected health information (PHI) and other patent information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific patient information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Peachtree Wellness operations.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs
- Oversees the budgeting for company
- Performs other duties assigned
Work Environment:
This position is an in-person/office work environment. There will be daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
