Junior BI Consultant: Talent Academy

In September 2025, we’re relaunching our NORRIQ Talent Academy – an exciting and interactive training program for ambitious young potentials. Throughout this journey, you’ll dive deep into the world of Microsoft BI, data, and analytics through workshops and hands-on training.

Our goal? To help you shine as a Functional BI Consultant!
That’s why we’ll also guide you toward an official Microsoft certification, giving your career a strong and confident start.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You help clients better understand their data and transform it into valuable insights.
• You analyze business processes and translate them into reporting and analytics tools using Microsoft Power BI.
• You collaborate with both technical colleagues and business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between both worlds.
• You support requirement gathering, build reports and dashboards, and guide end users in working with their BI solutions.
• You ensure clear documentation and help train clients.
• You enjoy variety, are eager to learn, and have a passion for data and technology.

What skills do you already bring to the table?

• You hold a master’s degree in an economic, or analytical field.
• You have either a first experience or a strong interest in data analysis, reporting, or Business Intelligence.
• You are analytical and structured, and you thrive on digging into data and processes.
• You’re highly interested in how companies operate and how data can help them perform better.
• You’re curious about tools like Power BI, the Azure Data Platform, or other Microsoft technologies.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have a professional command of English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• You enjoy project-based work, take initiative, and want to make a real impact for clients.
