Such a mix makes Datamaran a unique, collaborative and ambitious workplace.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team to support our full-cycle recruiting, who will also help develop our growth and prominence as a leading Employer in Friesland. This is a hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Partner role:

  • leading recruiting coordination globally, providing administrative support to TA and Hiring Teams
  • supporting/leading talent acquisition on a range of roles, with a focus on our continued growth in the Datamaran Valencia hub, in addition to scaling across the other 3 hubs

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interview and selection process, in addition to hosting or participating in career events from time to time. To be successful in this role, you should be results-orientated, highly organised and creative. You will have the confidence and experience to drive long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s goals.

Ultimately, you will create strong, diverse talent pipelines for Datamaran’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, TA and the broader People Team to proactively support staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and groups (LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms)
  • Take ownership of coordinating interviews and applicant interaction
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Workable)
  • Design job descriptions, workflows, build interview kits and questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Support employer branding initiatives with a focus on our Netherlands hub
  • Support organisation/attendance of relevant job fairs, industry and recruitment events
  • Work to become a leading advocate for Valencia Talent Development
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, student interns and potential candidates
  • Craft, monitor and update job postings
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Organise candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in our ATS
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback
