Senior Backend Developer 9 Months Contract

We are now looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Java) who can help us drive this change in claims management in a newly established claims management team.



About the service :

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and consolidating claims management capabilities to improve customer experience. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of UX designer, architect and 3-4 developers, with a clear mission and mandate.



We believe you have experience with:

• Microservices architecture in the backend on Java Spring Boot.
• Design of reusable backend services.
• Implementation of and integration with business systems.
• Transfer and consolidation of capabilities, preferably within banking and/or insurance.
• Detail high-level architecture from documents to executable code.
• Technologies such as Kubernetes (preferably Redhat Openshift), Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture.
• 7+ years of work experience as a Backend Developer.



Meritorious experiences:

• Working in a regulated industry such as banking or insurance.
• Event-based architectural patterns.
• Integration with mainframe environments and systems.
• Development on and off a standardized development platform (IDP).
• Experience working according to DevOps and SRE principles.
