Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the creation and implementation of leadership development and organization effectiveness strategies and programs that build capability, drive Integer’s Values, increase Associate engagement and accelerate performance to deliver business results. This position will collaborate globally across the enterprise in partnership with HR Business Partners, COE and other business leaders to ensure Leadership Development strategies and programs seamlessly integrate into our broader HR strategies and help equip the organization to achieve business objectives.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Designs and implements leadership development strategies for the organization, with close alignment to the business and succession planning outcomes.
- Identify and develop leaders who are fundamental to our company strategy. Ensure our leaders are positioned for long-term success and can serve as “multipliers” to have a much broader impact on the trajectory of Integer
- Collaborates with leaders on best practices and methods on professional development plans, career pathing, and succession plans with a focus on Top Talent and senior leaders.
- Develop, execute, and sustain development programs and experiences for high potential and senior leaders across Integer
- Build a cadre of effective leadership development tools that can be used in the enhancement of leadership (e.g., action learning, e-Learning, instructor lead training, executive coaching)
- Serve as a trusted advisor / coach to executive and high potential leadership, through both formal programs and more informal one-on-one sessions.
- Supports organizational design efforts and works across the organization to consult on leveling, competency, and talent alignment.
- Working with HR leadership, devise methods to diagnose organizational effectiveness of departments, sites and product categories in an effort to enhance organization performance
- Design and develop methods to enhance team effectiveness
- Partners with Diversity & Inclusion to ensure the alignment of leadership development and D&I efforts.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to inform program design and development. and in order to deploy leadership development tools and practices
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment, with respect to leadership capabilities, and our efforts to acquire leaders that fit Integer’s needs
- Develops reporting and analytics capabilities that show progress against goals and drive strategic decisions and actions.
- Performs other functions as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus in Talent Management and Organization Development strategies, programs and systems/technology in companies experiencing significant change and transformation. Experience presenting to, facilitating and influencing executive level leaders.
