We’re seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Store Manager to support our dynamic team at our Perth DFO Outlet store.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support the Store Manager in running daily operations for a high-volume outlet store
• Help lead and motivate a large team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with managing stock flow, visual merchandising, and store presentation in a fast-moving environment
• Support wage cost management and effective rostering
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain morale and encourage development
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment adhering to OH&S requirements

About You:
• Experience in retail leadership or senior sales roles within a high-volume store environment
• Strong leadership skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to inspire a large team
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales performance and operational excellence
• Knowledgeable in stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and team development
