The OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Content Engineering team is looking for a full stack developer who is enthusiastic in exploring new and exciting challenges. As a full stack developer, you will be utilizing your skills across the entire technology stack.
You will be a key member of the Content Engineering team, responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining critical tools and infrastructure that enable the seamless creation, deployment, and management of OCI resources and services to host publishing tools and OCI technical documentation in the Oracle Help Center . You will work closely with developers to ensure the Content Publishing Pipeline (CPP) tool and associated systems are robust, scalable, and efficient. This role requires a strong blend of development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps skills, along with a passion for troubleshooting and user support.
As a member of the OCI Content Engineering team, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications, operational workflows, and system deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Publishing Pipeline (CPP) Tooling:
- Design, Implement, support, and maintain the CPP tool used by OCI technical documentation writers for gathering, rendering, previewing, and deploying documentation (user guides, API, SDK documentation).
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of CPP tooling applications and servers.
- Cloud Infrastructure Administration:
- Administer and maintain the cloud infrastructure hosting CPP applications, servers, and websites that host OCI documentation ( https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/home.htm ) .
- Manage compute resources, networking, DNS, LDAP, identity management, and security configurations.
- Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- OCI Products and Services Documentation Deployment:
- Deploy documentation content to Oracle customer sites, including:
- OCI internal documentation site for developers.
- OCI external documentation on docs.oracle.com/iaas/ for external customers.
- Public Alloy and Dedicated Region Cloud Content sites.
- Authenticated Operator Doc sites.
- Deploy documentation content to Oracle customer sites, including:
- Monitoring and Analytics:
- Set up and maintain logging, analytics, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana) to ensure system health and performance.
- Generate reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- DevOps and Release Management:
- Manage Docker containers, GIT repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate releases and ensure smooth deployment of updates.
- User Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide on-call support to users, troubleshoot issues, and perform diagnostics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
