Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, and functional mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Educate residents and their families on therapy exercises and progress strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in California
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients regain independence
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with staff and residents
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome!
