<p>The Center of Excellence Tech Strategy &amp; Enterprise Architecture in Danske is part of the CTO organization. The CoE TS &amp; EA consists of both Enterprise Architects and Strategy consultants, all of which report directly to the Head of TS &amp; EA. The CoE TS &amp; EA is responsible for the overall technology strategy &amp; architecture of Danske, and ensuring that all Target Architectures, standards and Technology Choices are delivered by the different tribes and domains. </p> <p>The CoE EA runs the Enterprise Architecture Design Authority together with representatives of all domains to approve all architectural content for Danske. The CoE TS &amp; EA creates and maintains the Technology Strategy for Danske, and aligns this with both the overall strategy of Danske, and the domain specific Strategies. </p> <p><strong>Our team is spread over Denmark and Lithuania, with the majority of people working in Denmark.</strong></p> <p>We are a diverse team of very senior Enterprise Architect, Technology Strategists, and some junior architects / engineers that are the central hub for (Enterprise) Architecture and Technology Strategy in Danske. We offer a great working environment, with a focus on collaboration and personal development, and a place where you can truly contribute to the future of one of the preeminent financial institutions in the Nordics. </p> <p>We are looking for a Technology Strategist that has a clear vision on where Technology is going, what that means for Financial Services, and that can articulate this vision to a broad set of stakeholders. A storyteller and evangelist, somebody who can build a good relationship with different stakeholders, in Danse and create a shared Technology Strategy that inspires all of Danske.</p> <p><strong>What will you be doing</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Technology Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for defining, developing and guiding the technology strategies that support the overall business goals of the bank. You will have an important part in ensuring that the technology initiatives are aligned with the bank's strategic objectives and will drive innovation and operational quality across all technology platforms. </p> <p>You will be the leading the collaborative approach to creating the new Technology Strategy, bringing stakeholders from all domains in Danske together, ensuring buy in, and creating the yearly strategy memo, communication material, and vision papers.</p> <p>You will create and manage the Technology Radar for Danske, managing the input from the different domains, and from external references like Gartner</p> <p>You will act as a liaison between the Technology area and other areas/business units, ensuring that technology strategies and projects are clearly aligned, understood and supported across the organization.</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>We imagine you have a master’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategy role from management consulting, inhouse strategy, technology company or similar, ideally with a focus on technology strategy and transformation within the banking or financial services industry.</p> <p>You are highly motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment high interpersonal and consensus-building skills, with the ability to communicate complex technology concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Furthermore you bring;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced communication skills</li> <li>A proven history of developing and implementing technology strategies that have delivered measurable business results.</li> <li>Key analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative data.</li> <li>Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the bank’s business goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and security.</li> <li>Innovation Management: Identify emerging technology trends that could impact the banking industry and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption to keep the bank at the forefront of innovation in financial services.</li> <li>Strategic Initiative Oversight: Oversee key strategic technology initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring they deliver value to the business and are completed on time and within budget.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a strong consulting and problem-solving toolbox, able to break down complex problems into digestible pieces</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we offer</strong></p> <p>We value having people from diverse backgrounds, genders and age groups in our team.
