• Work with engineers and business stakeholders to understand the nature and background of the problems
• Pair with fellow engineers and Architects group to dissect the incoming problem statement and provide the best possible solution
• Craft reusable, reliable, accessible & delightful UI components that work flawlessly across various web browsers & devices
• Build highly scalable, resilient and extensible backend infrastructure
• Build and maintain various utilities focused on improving designer or developer productivity
• Owning up the health and performance of the team's infrastructure
• Create and develop metrics to evaluate the usage and success of the products you're accountable for.
• Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavors of latest but proven trends and methods
• Learn and Evangelise best practices in software development and raise the bar of engineering practices
• Write concise, maintainable, efficient code that brings joy to present & future maintainers
• Mentor and Guide the junior engineers in the team towards making them better engineers in their respective areas

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

• Are a polyglot developer with at least 5 years of experience in building frontend and backend systems using multiple programming languages
• Have a significant experience with Frontend Technologies like ReactJS / Typescript / NodeJS.
• Have expertise with backend technologies like Golang / Java / Python / Ruby.
• Have experience with highly scalable & available back-end system development so you can hold constructive architectural/technical conversations/discussions with the team.
• Have experience in leading, formally or informally and mentoring a team.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, wearing multiple hats to create an impact on the business
