About the role
Description
GEM Supply's Orlando mega showroom is the front line of our janitorial and facility supply business. We're looking for a Retail Showroom Associate who keeps the floor moving, helps customers find the right product, and gets them checked out fast and friendly.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers on the showroom floor
- Answer product questions and point people to the right solution
- Ring up sales and handle checkout accurately
- Keep shelves stocked, faced, and the floor clean and organized
- Pull and stage product for customer pickup
Requirements
What You Bring
- Customer-first attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
- Retail or supply experience a plus, not required — we'll train the right person
