FIRE SYSTEM ATTENDANT-CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT-CRDE (FULL-TIME/VARIES)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Adhere to, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies and procedures.
- Monthly fire extinguishers inspections on all PRR Properties and Inventory counts.
- Assists with checking fire panels on property to see if any devices need cleaning or changed out.
- Assists with scheduling to clean smoke detectors located at the Resort.
- Assists with the weekly inspection of the water level on the water tank & check fire pump & engine block heater at the Resort and the pump room.
- Assists with the weekly inspection check the fire pump at the Resort
- Assists with the weekly inspection of the fire suppression system in all kitchens, at the Resort.
- Learn the emergency shut-off procedures, gas valves, water shut off & sprinkler shut off and their locations must be able to show and teach others.
- Assists with maintaining documentation of all life safety system inspections.
- Assists with the walk through with local Fire Marshal and Tribal Risk Management department.
- Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls of the company.
- Leads by setting a positive example to all associates.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above
Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Experience in testing of HVAC and elevator fire systems interlock systems a plus.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in Edwards System Technologies (CM3) a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Essential duties for this position include but not limited to the following: able to work within a variety of climates and outdoors under extreme conditions. Safely lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds on occasions as well as walk and stand 100% of assigned shift. Able to work off of ladders, scaffolds, or lifts up to 100 feet in height and work in confined spaces. Repetitive bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling will be required throughout shift. Exposed to hazardous cleaning chemicals.
