Job Description Summary

Supports all executive broadcast and video operations for internal and external premium events. Helps to design and project manage all CEO/VIP audio-visual operations, including pre and post-production, event production and IT specific needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage pre- and post-production processes, including but not limited to video editing, archiving, delivery, graphics.
  • Support IT & Audio Visual needs for CEO/VIP small and medium-sized GE Aerospace events both inside and outside GE facilities.
  • Prepare, ship and manage all GE Aerospace-owned event equipment.
  • Manage all equipment inventory (audio/visual, staging), including equipment resale and purchase decisions.
  • Manage contingent workers, contractors and vendors.
  • Site Visit and Advance CEO/VIP meeting and event locations.
  • Build relationships with and White glove executives as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years’ experience in an equivalent role.
  • Experience with virtual event/streaming technology. (Teams Live, SRT/RTMP technology)
  • 2+ years of Adobe Premier and Photoshop experience
  • Extensive travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience with a high school diploma).
