We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient care
• Monitor and manage clinic budget and expenses
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (will consider experience in lieu of degree)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare management
• Direct Ortho Experience Required 
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal specialties preferred
