This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a team that supports every department behind the scenes. You’ll help keep our warehouse, fleet, and fabrication operations running smoothly — ensuring our field teams have what they need to serve our clients across the Gallatin Valley.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Assist with warehouse operations: ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing materials

• Support sheet metal fabrication projects — from setup to quality control

• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, reconciliation, and reporting

• Help manage our company fleet — coordinating maintenance, service, and inspections

• Operate tools and equipment, including forklifts, plasma tables, and press brakes

• Keep our facility clean, safe, and compliant

• Deliver parts to job sites and assist other departments as needed

• Back up the Facilities & Fleet Manager during absences

 

What We’re Looking For

• A team player who’s coachable, reliable, listens, and ready to learn

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (must be insurable)

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and safely operate a forklift (license or ability to obtain within 6 months)

• Comfortable using tools, managing inventory, and assisting across multiple projects

Bonus Points For:
✅ HVAC or sheet metal fabrication experience
✅ Inventory or purchasing background
✅ OSHA 10 certification

Requirements
