About the project:

We are currently building up a BI Service. In brief, this service will be a client’s central function to support with the tooling and platforms for development and maintenance of BI reports. Primarily, the clients were working with PowerBI, but are also in the process of a company-wide decommission/migration away from our legacy tools; QlikView and Pyramid. At this point in time, we are in the recruitment process for this service.

You will be:

• operationally and technical leading BI service (its build-up and the associated team) in an agile-like fashion, and ensure prioritization of its tasks,
• developing product roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery,
• leadershiping qualities sufficient to also constitute the PO for the service,
• working closely with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and align on priorities,
• effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Your profile:

• ready to start immediately,
• openness to work on-side, from Krakow office, 2-3 days per week,
• 5+ years in BI platform engineering or solution architecture roles,.
• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or product analyst,
• substantial knowledge with report development, as well as in provisioning of the BI platforms and tools – access management, resource allocation/optimization, performance management, monitoring, patterns, quality assurance, etc.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
