Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Typical Business Hours (Hybrid Remote Schedule: Candidate must be able to work in Bangor, Maine, and must be eligible per PCHC's Telecommuting Policy.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to drive organizational priorities forward.

  • Act as a key liaison between the Pharmacy division, Nurse Practitioner Residency/Director of Education, and both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage scheduling, communications, meeting preparation, and post-meeting follow-up to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor projects, timelines, and deliverables—providing timely updates and ensuring successful execution.

  • Support event planning, invoice processing, timesheet management, and data tracking/reporting.

  • Anticipate operational needs, recommend process improvements, and proactively remove roadblocks.

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity while fostering strong, positive working relationships across the organization.

        What We’re Looking For in You:

        • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
        • Minimum of 3 years supporting executives or senior leaders; experience in project management, healthcare operations, or nonprofit administration preferred.
        • Supervisory experience preferred.
        • Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check Policy.
        • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative technologies.
        • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams.
        • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and forward-looking approach to anticipating needs.
