Responsibilities:

• Program Development and Execution:

  • Assist in the development and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and activities aimed at community involvement and support.

• Community Engagement:

  • Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to foster positive relationships and support our initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, conveying our goals and initiatives effectively.

• Feedback Collection and Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to guide future outreach efforts.

• Internal Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• A passion for community engagement and a desire to make a difference.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in community outreach is advantageous but not required.
