Job Summary:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for comprehensive financial reporting, account management, and process optimization within the finance department. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial documentation, supporting month-end closing processes, and providing critical financial insights to management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly journal entries
  • Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Analyze financial details and report budget/forecast variances
  • Provide root cause insights for financial performance
  • Coordinate cash management activities
  • Reconcile and maintain intercompany accounts
  • Work closely with Central Billing and Collection team
  • Manage work-in-progress (WIP), invoices, and past due accounts
  • Compile and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors
  • Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes
  • Engage with Corporate Accounting team
  • Communicate effectively with Controller and Operational Leadership
  • Demonstrate flexibility in handling additional job-related duties
